SleepCure is a self-help program with a Smart Coach to help you sleep better. The program is based on medical science and modern research within health and well-being and is a mix of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Behavior Change Techniques (BCT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The goal is for you to understand the importance of sleep and understand what is affecting your sleep. SleepCure will need a few minutes of your time each day to establish routines, provide you with knowledge and reflect on what affects you. And what works for you. In exchange, you will experience a difference within just a few weeks and both sleep better and feel more energized during the day.

Your own efforts and motivation are important parts. The more ambitious you are, the better the results will be.

SleepCure is integrated with the Apple Health app. If you use an app or another device that records and shares your sleep times with Apple Health Kit, you can choose to import your times into SleepCure.
